BRUX subscription is a easy way how to never forget to order your dog food. It’s an automated payment-delivery system that reoccurs after every 2-4 weeks (depending on your preference).

Q: How can I make a BRUX subscription?

You can form a subscription either when choosing items to add to your cart or in the cart, after you’ve chosen the items you’d like to make a subscription to. You can mix and match different BRUX boxes.

Q: When do I pay for the subscription?

You pay for your first subscription upon ordering. The next payment is when the order renews (depending on the schedule you have chosen)

Q: How often and when does my subscription arrive? What are the transportation options?

There are four different intervals for the BRUX subscription: every 1,2,3 or 4 weeks. The orde departs upon order renewal. Self pickup – you can pick up the order straight after the order confirmation email arrives. We have order pickup points in Tallinn, Pärnu and Tartu.
Courier – it takes 1-2 working days to deliver your order in Tallinn and up to 4 working days for the rest of Estonia. NB! We do not deliver to Saaremaa and Hiiumaa. 

Q: How much does it cost to make a subscription?

With subscription orders, you get -10% discount automatically off every order.

Q: Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can pause/cancel your subscription when logging into your account OR you can always email us info@brux.ee

Q: Can I modify the items in my subscription?

Of coruse. You can either modify it when logging into your account or email us info@brux.ee.
