Orders can be picked up twice a week – on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 13:00 and 16:00. Orders must be placed by 15:30 to be eligible for same-day pickup. Pick-up takes place from loading dock 10. Once you arrive, please call the warehouse phone and provide your order number. Your order will be prepared and brought to the loading dock within a few minutes.

Note: No separate confirmation will be sent for warehouse pickup – once the order is placed, you can come collect it during the designated pick-up hours.

Delivery Area:
Our delivery area includes mainland Estonia (Zone #1 and #2).
Unfortunately, we currently do not have a courier partner who can deliver to the islands.

Zone #1 – Tallinn and Surrounding Areas

Delivery times:

  • Tue–Thu: 16:00–20:00

  • Fri: 14:00–17:00

Orders close at 10:00 on the delivery day. Orders placed after that time will be delivered on the next delivery day.

Deliveries in Zone #1 are handled by courier Konstantin: 558 9024

Zone #2 – Rest of Mainland Estonia

Delivery days: Tue–Fri
Orders close at 10:00 the day before the delivery day.

When placing your order, you can specify your preferred delivery day and time in the description.
We always forward these preferences to our courier partners, but we cannot guarantee that the delivery will arrive at the exact requested time.

All our deliveries are carried out in accordance with EU food safety regulations, keeping the products at -18°C throughout transport.
