How and where can I pick up my order in Estonia 🇪🇪?

• Self pickup is available at all MyPet pet store locations: Tallinn (Pirita Selver, Balti Jaama Turg), Pärnu (Kaubamajakas), Tartu (Lõunakeskus).
• Please have your order confirmation ready with the order number upon picking up your order.
• We have boxes available for pickups or you can also come with your own box or bag.

Where can I pick up my order in Latvia 🇱🇻?

Self-pickup is available in NordSpace warehouse area, Gate no. A17 (Jūrmalas iela 3A, Piņķi, Babītes pagasts, Mārupes novads, LV-2107, Latvija)

1. Upon receipt of the order, please prepare a pre-paid order confirmation with the order number.
2. Important! Always wait for the “Your order is ready” email before you go to the pick-up location.
3. We have boxes available for picking up products, or you can come with your own box or cold bag.

NB! Always wait for the “Your order has been packed” email before heading to one of the pickup points.

Courier

Price: ranges from 5.9-10.5€ depending on the shipping address.

Order fulfilment: 1-3 working days

Range: We deliver to mainland Estonia and Latvia. 

All our shipments are properly carried out to keep your order at -18C at all times.

*It is possible to suggest a suitable day and time for shipment and we will give the instructions to our courier partners, but we can not guarantee that the shipment will arrive exactly at the suggested time.
